Broadcasts

Send to a whole list, from the same API.

Product updates and announcements do not need a second tool. Send a template to a list on a separate stream, with one-click unsubscribe, suppression and per-broadcast stats built in.

List email without a separate platform

Use the templates and deliverability you already have, sent to a list on its own stream so it never slows your transactional mail.

Lists and contacts

Group the people you send to and manage them from the dashboard or the API, ready for your next broadcast.

Send from a template

Reuse a saved template with merge fields, so a broadcast is personalised without a separate design step.

One-click unsubscribe

Every broadcast includes a compliant one-click unsubscribe, and opt-outs flow straight onto your suppression list.

A separate stream

Broadcasts send on their own stream, so a large send never queues ahead of a password reset or a receipt.

Schedule a send

Queue a broadcast for a chosen time, so an announcement goes out when your audience is most likely to read it.

Per-broadcast stats

See delivered, opened and unsubscribed counts for each broadcast, next to the rest of your activity.

Common questions

Will a big broadcast slow my transactional email?
No. Broadcasts send on a separate stream from transactional mail, so the two never compete for the same queue.
Is unsubscribe handled for me?
Yes. Every broadcast carries a one-click unsubscribe, and anyone who opts out is added to your suppression list automatically.
Do broadcasts respect suppression?
Yes. Contacts who have unsubscribed, hard-bounced or complained are skipped, so you only send to people who can receive it.
