- How do I authenticate a domain?
- Add the domain in your dashboard and Mailhuset generates the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records. Add them at your DNS provider and we verify them, usually within a few minutes.
- What happens when an email bounces?
- Hard bounces are classified and the address is suppressed automatically. You see the reason in the activity log and receive a signed webhook event you can act on.
- Do you protect a new domain's reputation?
- New domains warm up gradually. As your volume and reputation grow, throughput increases on its own, with no change needed on your side.
- Where is my email data stored?
- Messages are sent and stored in the EU by default, so your data stays in region.
